Naw, this quest doesn't carry over to ME3. No gained/lost war assets. The only thing the conversation Shepard has with the Shadow Broker agent affects is your Mass Effect 1 Paragon/Renegade bars (handing it over to the SB = renegade), if I recall correctly.
